Shipping is always 100% free within the continental United States (48 states). No hidden fees or extra charges on standard deliveries.

Yes. We can ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico for an additional fee. International customers may use a U.S.-based freight forwarder. We will ship your order to the freight forwarder free of charge.

Large furniture and select decor items ship with Free Delivery & In-Room Assembly by trained professionals. Smaller items (like lamps or accessories) ship via UPS or FedEx to your front door.

In-stock items usually ship within 1–4 business days. Most orders arrive within 1–4 weeks, depending on item type and destination. You’ll receive order updates via email and phone.

Deliveries to islands, remote, or restricted-access areas may incur extra fees. Please contact us in advance if you’re unsure.

We place a temporary authorization on your card at checkout. Your card is only charged once your order is confirmed for shipment.

Yes, in accordance with local laws. Sales tax is collected for orders shipped to: AL, AZ, CA, CT, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MA, MS, MN, NJ, NV, NC, OH, OK, PA, NY, TN, UT, WA, and WI. You may still be required to report and pay tax directly to your state if it’s not collected at checkout.

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details via email. Larger items shipped via freight carriers may also include a phone call to schedule delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours and save all original packaging. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt. Contact our team atsupport@troviox.comwith photos. We will quickly resolve the issue by arranging for replacements, repairs, or parts at no extra charge. In certain cases, we may require the return of the damaged item before sending a replacement.

Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs. Customized items, mattresses, linens, and assembled products cannot be returned. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before sending any item back.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellations are treated as returns and may incur fees. Items already in transit or assigned to a delivery trip cannot be canceled without paying shipping costs and restocking fees.
