At Troviox, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. Many of the items available in our store come with manufacturer warranties, and we’re here to help facilitate warranty claims on your behalf.
With over 400 product categories, each warranty may vary depending on the brand and item. This policy outlines the general steps and expectations for submitting and processing a warranty claim through Troviox.
How We Process Manufacturer Warranties
When you contact us about a warranty issue, our team will begin processing your claim as soon as we receive the required documentation and evidence.
To initiate a warranty claim:
1. Complete and attach the Warranty Claim Form

- This form is included in the Warranty Ticket Email sent to you when you opened your claim.
2. Include clear photos of the item and the issue:

- A photo of the product label showing the serial number.
- Close-up images of the defect or issue.
- Wide-angle images showing the entire item and the affected area.
Manufacturer Decision & Next Steps
Once we submit your claim to the manufacturer, they will determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturer defect under their limited warranty.
If your claim is approved, one of the following outcomes may apply:
Replacement Parts
- Once the replacement parts are available, we will arrange for them to be shipped to you.
Repair Reimbursement
- The manufacturer may allocate an amount toward professional repairs.
- Once you provide a receipt from a certified repair company, we will reimburse the approved amount.
⚠️ Important: Any repair costs must be pre-approved in writing by Troviox.
Unapproved costs or do-it-yourself repairs will not be reimbursed, regardless of the repair outcome.
Replacement Product
- A full replacement may be approved.
- Please note: Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with receiving a replacement item.
Replacement orders will not be processed until these shipping costs are paid in full.

- Warranty coverage is determined solely by the product manufacturer.
- Troviox acts as an intermediary and does not provide direct warranties unless explicitly stated.
- Warranty periods and coverage vary by brand and product type—please consult the product's listing or contact our support team for specific terms.
