At Troviox, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit, and we’re here to make the return or exchange process as smooth and transparent as possible.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, documentation, and product tags are intact.
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

Note: Items that pose hygiene or safety concerns—such as mattresses, bedding, and certain personal care items—are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Log into your Troviox account and navigate to the My Orders section.
  2. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return or exchange:

  3. Our team will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely with all original components and mark the RMA on the outside of the package.
  5. Use a trackable shipping method to return the package.
         Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.
  6. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit, per your preference.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturer defect.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your item for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product? No problem.
Follow the return process, and once the original item is received and approved, we’ll ship the new item promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include photos of the damaged or defective area(s).
  3. Our team will quickly assess and resolve the issue with:
    • Replacement parts,
    • A product exchange,
    • Or a full refund, as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Mattresses, bedding, and linens (unless defective)
  • Opened personal hygiene or care products

Policy Changes

Troviox reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
