Shipping Policy
At Troviox, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are proud to offer fast, transparent, and reliable shipping to ensure your experience is smooth and stress-free. With over 400 product categories, our logistics team works diligently to process and deliver orders efficiently.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S.-based warehouses.
- Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed during promotional periods or peak seasons may require additional processing time.
- Orders are shipped the following business day after processing is complete.
- Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
- United States (Continental 48 States): 2–5 business days after processing.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories: 4–10 business days; additional shipping fees apply.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. See "International Shipping" below.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following locations:
- United States: All 48 contiguous states. Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Canada: Standard international rates apply.
- International Shipping: We ship to most countries via freight forwarding services. Customers outside the U.S. may arrange delivery to a U.S.-based freight forwarder of their choice. Troviox will ship to the freight forwarder free of charge.
We do not currently ship directly to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping Methods
- Orders under 150 lbs are typically shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- Orders over 150 lbs or classified as freight are delivered via licensed LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) carriers such as Pioneer or other regional providers.
- All shipments are trackable. Tracking information is sent via email once your order is shipped.
Order Tracking
- You will receive an Order Acknowledgment Email upon placing your order.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number.
- You can track your order via the carrier’s website or by logging into your account at Troviox.com.
Sales Tax
- Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination and may vary by state and municipality.
- Final tax amounts are shown at checkout and on your invoice.
- If your organization qualifies for a tax exemption, please email your completed exemption certificate to info@troviox.com prior to ordering.
Tax Exemption
We honor tax-exempt purchases for qualifying organizations. Submit your documentation to info@troviox.com for review. Once approved, you will be eligible for tax-exempt purchases on future orders.
Damaged or Lost Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any items arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 3 business days of receipt.
- Retain all original packaging and include clear photos when reporting damage.
- We will work promptly to resolve the issue with a refund, replacement, or parts, depending on the situation.
Force Majeure
Troviox is not liable for shipping delays due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, etc.). However, we remain committed to fulfilling your order as quickly as conditions allow.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Shipping fees for returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse or ordering errors are the responsibility of the customer.
- If an order is returned to us due to delivery refusal or non-collection, applicable restocking and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
